Mikron Pro Insert Tool is available in a variety of widths: 35mm,
40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 120mm to accommodate any
profile you need. These Tools are designed for Mikron and U.S.
Concepts universal arch moulder machines. They are two wing cutters,
1-1/4” or 1-1/2” diameter bores and have safety pin holes for the
mikron. Also available are the special bushings for the mikron made
to the perfect length (with Safety Pin Holes) for the right size

grain). They are precision ground, and have integrated safety
slots.

CJ Bridge side locating system makes for more accurate side
locating, and allows for a visual of the bottom of the insert on
both sides of the tool.
Wedge gibb requires very little torque to tighten, thus
resulting in superior hold down power.
Multi pro tools are dynamically balanced
Lead time is less than that of dedicated tooling for new
profiles
