All knives are made with high quality M2-M3 knife stock. Precision ground and balanced with your desired hook angle. We also
surface grind both ends of the knives perfectly square which allows
for a more precise setup in your cutter heads. All knives come with
a CAD drawing with a picture of your finished moulding profile. All
the setup information is provided as well such as infeed or outfeed
view, what spindle to run the knives on, axial constant info and
more (SEE SAMPLE DRAWING).
All profiles are designed by an engineer who has 10 years experience
of template making, moulder setup and
operation in a real millwork manufacturing plant with experience in
all aspects of millwork. Think of our plant as an extension of
your own business (your own well qualified grinding room). We
guarantee our profiles will match perfectly. We also make the finest
templates the industry has seen. Semi hardened steel wire EDM
